Secret Rule is a game. Please don't take it apart, spoil it for other players, or sell what you find here.

Your Results are yours: copy them, share them, keep them. The rules, the prepared sentences and the drawings stay with the maker.

We may pause or remove a rule that has a problem. A Round you finished stays as it was recorded.

Membership is paid monthly, yearly or once. Before you pay, you see the total, the renewal date and how to cancel. A monthly or yearly plan renews until you cancel, and you keep Membership to the end of the time you paid for.

Membership isn't sold in Quebec yet. Free play is open there as everywhere.

If you ask within 3 days of joining, we refund your first payment in full. We don't refund renewals, except where the law says otherwise. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play follow that store's refund rules instead: ask the store.

Once is paid one time and never renews. It gives full access for as long as Secret Rule runs.

On the web, Membership is sold through Link, Stripe's Managed Payments service. Link bills you and sends your receipts. Link's customer terms apply to the payment and are shown before you pay.

Deleting your Account ends a Membership bought on this website, including Once. We warn you first. Deleting doesn't refund it or move it to another Account, so ask for any refund you're owed first.

A Membership paid once through an app store can be restored onto a new Account, but only after the old Account is deleted. Your progress is never restored.

We can stop the game, or your access to it, if it is used to harm other players, and we will say why. If you have a paid plan, we stop its renewal and refund the unused part of the time you paid for. For an App Store plan, Apple handles both: cancel it in your Apple Account settings and ask Apple for the refund.

You must be 13 or older to play Secret Rule, or 14 or older in Quebec. To buy a Membership, you must be an adult where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

We may change or test prices for new purchases at any time, so players may see different prices. We never raise the price of a plan you already have, and if a price goes down, the lower price applies from your next payment. If you have an Account, we email you 30 days before these Terms change.

We make Secret Rule with care, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, or that progress will never be lost. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for lost progress or indirect losses, and the most we'd owe you is what you paid us in the last 12 months, or US$50 if that's more. Your rights under consumer law always stay. By playing, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms follow the law of Florida, and its courts hear any dispute, unless the consumer law where you live gives you more rights.
